You just can’t beat picking up your skis from your private 1st floor ski locker, with access to trails right outside the building, and being able to ski right back to the same place. This warm and inviting first floor unit is easily accessible and has an open floor plan with beautiful artwork and furniture, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (rare in Steamboat), and a combo of wood and tile flooring. After a day on the mountain, relax on the sofa or big chair, next to the crackling of the wood fire, and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV. The open living area also includes a nice dining table with seating for 4, perfect for a family or two couples. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. Enjoy a beverage on the partially covered patio accessible off the living area. There is also a private Weber® gas grill for your use. The master bedroom has a comfy, king sized bed and plenty of storage with both a dresser and a closet. The full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower and tub combo with glass doors. There are laundry facilities in the building for your convenience. During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near base area where you have access to other activities and plenty of kid friendly options, free concerts and movies.
