It has high ceilings and large windows facing the famous Rua do Carmo, with Armazéns do Chiado and Santa Justa elevator right in front. The kitchen windows have inspiring views of the Carmo Convent, with surviving arches from the 1755 earthquake, as well as the newly built Carmo Gardens.
