Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Parking: Parking for Chalet Village is available for one vehicle directly in front of the building.
- - Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. If you do smoke indoors there will be a $500 fee charged for the cleaning of the house to ensure there is no remaining smell. You can smoke outside in designated areas, but please dispose of your butts properly.
- - Parties and Social Gatherings: Parties and large gatherings in this unit are prohibited. The number of people that fit comfortably in this unit is 3 and locals living in adjacent units will not appreciate the noise.
- - Noise: While quiet hours vary by location, generally your neighbors may be sleeping from 10pm-8am. They are not on vacation and have jobs and families. Keep this in mind if you happen to arrive late at your property.
- - Trash: Please be mindful of your trash, place it in the receptacles throughout the house and at the end of your stay take all your garbage to the large building dumpster located outside of the building.
- - Keys: To unlock press the Yale logo or place your hand on the keypad until it lights up. Enter your passcode and press the checkmark. To lock simply close the door and touch the Yale logo. Test out the door to ensure it doesn't open.
