Beautiful home with Private Pool and BBQ! Great internet!

This is in the lovely community of Ocean Villas in Playas del Coco. It is a very spacious home with private pool, private laundry and outdoor living space. King bed in the master bedroom with TV and bathroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom with bathroom. The living space has a 65 inch TV, 100 megas of internet and walk out to the terrace living space with private shower and pool. This is a small and lovely new development in Playas del Coco. You can walk to the beach, car is optional. You are 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters to town. The home is fully equipped with a private pool that is cleaned once a week. It has steps to enter the pool. There is a sink and shower outdoors along with living furniture. The home is very quiet and private in the back living space area. There are no pets allowed. There is one step to enter the home so it has a very easy entrance. There is parking for one vehicle. The Master has a King Bed with en-suite bathroom, spacious closets and 55 inch TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with closets. All bedrooms and living space have black-out curtains. The kitchen has a dishwasher and fully equipped with private laundry. The living space has a 65 inch TV and walk out to the outdoor terrace. There are ACs in every room. Guests have full access to the entire home. There are beach chairs for the beach, towels for the beach and bath towels. We are always available for you but it is a self check-in process. Furniture is not permitted to leave the home except for the beach chairs nor taken outside to the living space area. Please be respectful to the home and please let us know if you have any questions. We provide starter shampoos, conditioners and soaps, toilet paper, etc as well as cleaning supplies. We do not supply for the entire stay.
