The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinetry, a full suite of appliances, and sweeping granite countertops with bar-top seating. There is an indoor dining table, and on the screened-in balcony is a dining set with ceiling fans to keep guests cool and stairs leading to the pool area, so you can easily bring up meals cooked on the BBQ grill. The primary bedroom boasts warm Caribbean colors, a seating area, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub! In the three guest bedrooms, you’ll find each room has crisp linens, closet space, and TVs. There are two hall bathrooms on each floor; one has a walk-in shower, and one has a shower and tub combo. The home’s laundry room has a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology. No pets of any kind are allowed in this home. 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
