Welcome to Sedona Skywalk, a unique property nestled in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek. This striking home, designed to resemble a hummingbird, offers direct views of the renowned Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte from its spacious viewing deck. You will be close to Hwy 179, where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, as well as many of the Sedona hiking trails.
This property offers 2,638 square feet of living space, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to six guests.
Upon walking up to the property you are greeted with aromatic greenery. When you step in through the front door which will lead you to the main level living spaces.
Main Level Living Room: The main living room offers an open, contemporary design with plush leather furnishings, a full-size Murphy Bed, and a Smart TV, all under a backdrop of stunning views.
Upper Level Living Room: This space offers a large sectional seating to enjoy will you take in the breathtaking views through the floor to ceiling windows.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, complete with stainless steel appliances and a small coffee bar area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy bench seating area as well as sliding doors that lead to the backyard.
Dining Room: Enjoy your meals at the large wooden dining table, offering seating for eight. This dining area is accentuated with windows adorned with hummingbird motifs and offers direct red rock views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level)- King Bed, 50” Smart TV and large windows boasting red rock views.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level)- King size bed, 50” Smart TV and a dresser. Wake up to the spectacular red rock views from this bedroom as well!
Main level full shared bathroom offers a shower. There is also additional space on the main level that offers a shower and a sink.
Second level full shared bathroom offers a large oval bath tub.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
This house offers not only some of the best sunrise viewings but also sunsets. The Upper Deck offers some of the red rock views from every part, including the walk out deck! The lower patio offers plenty of outdoor seating, including an outdoor table with seating for 6. Enjoy the fire pit on a cozy evening or unwind on the bench next to the tranquil pond.
