Spread over several floors, this three-story house plus rooftop terrace offers multiple communal areas to enjoy together. On the ground floor, a charming central patio connects three bedrooms with twin beds (90 cm), one with an en-suite bathroom, plus another independent full bathroom and a guest toilet.
The first floor has three more bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed (1.80 m), all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor, you’ll find a large living room with two sofas, chairs, side tables, and a Smart TV; a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island and stools; an indoor dining area for seven people; a pool table, a guest toilet, and a small outdoor terrace.
The third and top floor features a large private terrace with an outdoor dining area for twelve, sun loungers, and a laundry area.
Located in the lively La Alfalfa neighborhood in the historic center, the house offers a peaceful and private atmosphere just steps from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and authentic local life of Seville.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
