This property has 3.5 levels, & no bedrooms are on the main/entry floor. • Please use the central heat system to heat the home instead of the fireplace, as these are not an efficient energy source and do not heat the home appropriately. • The fireplaces are currently out-of-order. • *FIRE SAFETY* - The foothills are a fragile area with high wildfire risk. For safety reasons and in adherence to strict fire restrictions, outdoor fires are prohibited to prevent the risk of wildfires and protect our natural landscapes. • *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.* • There are bears and other wildlife in the area - Please close the door and lock your vehicle at all times! • *Please note - this property is in a noise-sensitive area- our guests are expected to respect our neighbor’s peaceful neighborhood. • Cameras and Noiseaware - Cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations. • Caution - The loft in the bunkroom is chained off and is not to be accessed. • Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 8 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
