From the production of fine wines to hospitality, here is a brief summary of Palazzo Visconti. Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, in the 1930s, began his activity in the city center. The area was lakeside and, because of its extraordinary view, he decided to build his residence there as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors, he realized his dream of living in a wonderful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the building from the 1930s is visible in the gallery. The renovation of the property, completed in 2021, has preserved, as much as possible, the original construction. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
