In addition to its unbeatable location, the villa enjoys beautiful sea views from ground floor. For golf lovers you can play at the golf course of Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf. Furnished by an interior architect, comfort is its strong point and the large windows that are incorporated in the walls make the immense terrace to be assimilated to the living room in order to enjoy the best stay with family or friends. The swimming pool is a real treat as it is right in front of the covered terrace and the garden has also been designed by a landscape gardener. The very modern kitchen integrated in the living room adds to the comfort of the villa. The bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and no stairs to climb. The two bedrooms on the first floor enjoy beautiful sea views and a huge terrace facing south and the sea. Parties, events, and any behaviour that breaks community rules or disturbs neighbours — such as loud music during rest hours — are strictly prohibited.
