Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, all requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in. All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. This property maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces rigorous noise and nuisance ordinances, and violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal of the listing from hosting platforms. To support neighborhood harmony, the home is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system. This device does not record audio or conversations and is used solely to monitor decibel levels. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted; however, exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found to have been present during the stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be assessed to cover additional post-stay cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any departure changes in advance to avoid this fee.
