Built in typical Apulian style, consisting of a completely independent lamia and annexes that share the swimming pool and outdoor spaces, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy.
The property can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 rooms for each structure). The lamia consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a small well-equipped kitchen with appliances, a table, and chairs. Above the kitchen area is a mezzanine with a relaxation area equipped with sofas and a TV.
The guest house consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin (with joinable beds if needed), a full bathroom, and a kitchen corner with 4 burners and a sink. It has a patio equipped with table and chairs. It has air conditioning.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
