The apartment includes a contemporary bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. Storage space is ample, and a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Air conditioning and heating systems guarantee comfort in any weather. Everything you need for your vacation is prepared, including linens, towels, Wi-Fi, an informative city guide, and complimentary treats. The fully equipped kitchen includes amenities like an oven, fridge, and freezer, ensuring a seamless stay. Quiet hours between 21:00 and 07:00. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required, collected by credit card at the time of the check-in. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we can prepare that for you. Please kindly note that the usage of the sofa bed is included in the price, and the baby cot fee is Eur 50 for the whole stay. Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability. Check-in hours are from 15:00 till 19:00. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:01 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability. Please make us aware of this or any other needs at the time of booking and well in advance before your check-in so that the flat and check-in can be set up for your needs and requirements. Please note that construction work is going all over Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works that are being done. To access the apartment, you will have to use the stairs. Bus: Valletta bus terminus is the main terminus on the island and has buses going to all parts of Malta so you will be able to go anywhere from Valletta. Ferries: Valletta also has 2 ferry stops, one near the apartments going to Sliema and the second one on the other side of Valletta going to 3 Cities. This is the fastest way to reach the mentioned areas, and also is generally a very unusual cool experience. During your stay, you will be able to contact our dedicated customer service if needed.
