Welcome to The Odyssey Encore! These six modern apartment units are located in the heart of Midtown, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant city.
Inside, each apartment is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a bright and welcoming space to unwind. The living areas feature plush furnishings and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchens, with sleek appliances and barstool seating, are the ideal space for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby hotspots.
When it’s time to rest, each unit features two bedrooms for a restful retreat. The primary bedroom of each unit boasts a king or queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Each unit’s Bedroom 2 offers a king, queen, or two twin beds. An additional full bathroom and a washer/dryer ensure convenience for all. A sleeper sofa in each unit provides additional sleeping space for larger groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
