Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. . • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This is a delightful 6 bedroom villa of contemporary style with fabulous interiors. The property offers stunning panoramic countryside views, a large pool and sun terraces for outside dining and relaxing. Set in the hills around Valbonne, Villa Siena is bright, spacious and beautifully furnished. It benefits from a stunning location in a very private residential neighborhood. On the ground floor you will find a modern, spacious dining and living room with fireplace. The interiors benefit from large floor to ceiling windows opening onto the swimming pool and sun terraces. You will also find a high standard and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool and covered BBQ terrace with dining area. On the same floor, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a private terrace and direct access to the garden. Next to the master bedroom is a second double bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool and garden. On the first floor, you will find a further 2 bedrooms which both have their private balcony with countryside views as well as smart TVs with Apple TV. One of them comes with a king size bed and the other one with a queen size bed. They both have an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilets and sink. The villa’s large terrace offers several possibilities: lunching in the pool house with BBQ, sunbathing by the 12x5 pool or enjoying al-fresco dinners overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. There is a small pond with some relaxing chairs available for some extra quiet time at the back of the house. The night views from the garden are simply stunning as all the surrounding villages light up once the sun’s set. The property also comes with a guest house accessible via stairs passing through the garden. It can welcome up to 4 guests, comes with a kitchen, a living room, a smart TV and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilets. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed. The guest house’s exterior has direct access to the garden and a boules court. You can also enjoy the shaded terrace for summer breakfast, lunch or relaxing with a book. Villa Siena is fully air-conditioned, has wifi, Netflix, Apple TV and TV with international channels. You also have access to some gym equipment and a ping pong table. Access to the surrounding villages such as Valbonne, Mougins and Mouans Sartoux is very easy and Cannes is only a 20min drive. Nice Airport is at roughly half an hour from the villa. There is ample car parking available for 4+ cars. Be it with friends or family, Villa Siena is the perfect summer holiday destination!
