VILLA ELISABETTA – SORRENTO AREA
Perfectly located in central Sorrento and close to the main tourists spots of the area, this elegant and independent villa features a large private garden, a jacuzzi and a dipping pool.
This splendid 3-bedroom villa extends over 320m², sitting amidst extensive lawns. Just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Tasso, this villa is within a few minutes from shops, restaurants and transport links.
INTERIOR:
The villa develops over 4 floors. On the ground floor we can find a bright and tastefully decorated living room, with double doors and French windows, a separate dining area with an 8-seater table and a well-equipped kitchen.
On the first floor (20 stairs up from ground floor), we can find a double bedroom with king size bed, a private terrace, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate lounge area with a sofa. The main terrace has lounge seating and a private dipping pool (unheated; Laghetto Playa 2, 220x320 cm, open from April 1st to October 31) overlooking the city rooftops.
On the second floor (17 stairs up from first floor), there is a second double bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a lounge area with a sofa.
On the lower floor (18 stairs down from ground floor), we can find a double bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi and a corner with a chaise long to relax on.
OUTDOORS:
Outside we can find the terrace and a beautiful and well-kept large private garden, furnished with benches and chairs, perfect for outdoor moments and an “aperitivo al fresco” in the heart of Sorrento, in the most perfect Italian style, plus a convenient parking space for one car.
