On the first floor (20 stairs up from ground floor), we can find a double bedroom with king size bed, a private terrace, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate lounge area with a sofa. The main terrace has lounge seating and a private dipping pool (unheated; Laghetto Playa 2, 220x320 cm, open from April 1st to October 31) overlooking the city rooftops. On the second floor (17 stairs up from first floor), there is a second double bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a lounge area with a sofa.
