Casa Occhi (70 sqm) occupies the first floor of an ancient building accessible via a staircase of 30 steps. This charming house develops across two floors, offering ample space for four guests.
The lower level features an open concept living room furnished with two single sofa beds, a coffee table, and a dining table (for 4 guests). From the living area, you can access a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities and small appliances. Additionally, a bathroom (with shower washbasin, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer) completes the layout on this level.
A staircase with 13 steps leads you to the upper level, where you will find an airy double bedroom furnished with a comfortable, double bed, air conditioning, heating, and a TV for entertainment. Additionally, on this level, there is a bathroom (with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer) which is accessed directly from the terrace outside.
Outside, you will find a first-floor balcony furnished with two deck chairs.
