LA PINETA (sleeps 9) A newly built villa with bright and spacious rooms, Villa La Pineta (360 sqm) is built on three levels and is surrounded by 650sqm of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12,000sqm of fruit groves. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a lounge area (with sofas), a dining area (with wooden dining table seating 12) and an old-style kitchen with all the mod cons and access to the terrace. There is also a laundry room (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board) and a guest bathroom (with basin, toilet). In the sleeping area on the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, heating, a fan, and access to the terrace) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
