VILLA PIERINA - SORRENTO AREA
Villa Pierina is a lovely private villa with private swimming pool, located only 4km from Sorrento town and 2km from Sant’Agnello, where a varied choice of restaurants, shops, pubs and more can be found. Perched on the hills of the Peninsula, the property offers stunning views across the landscape with memorable sunsets.
At only 800 metres away you can find the bus stop that takes you into town and the Circumvesuviana train line is only 2km away, with services running to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. A car is recommended to stay at this villa and it can be parked in the villa’s private parking, suitable for two cars.
The villa develops over 250 sq.m and three floors.
On the ground floor, we have the bright and air conditioned living room with double sofa bed, sofa and TV area. There is a separate large kitchen with dining table for ten as well as direct access to the terrace and garden. On this floor, we have one double bedroom with access to a terrace equipped with table and chairs. There is a separate bathroom with shower and the washing machine.
On the first floor, we find one twin bedroom with air conditioning , one double bedroom with air con and access to a private terrace, and one separate bathroom with shower.
18 steps take us up to the third floor, where we find a fourth bedroom with double bed, air con, en-suite bathroom with shower, small kitchenette, and access to a large terrace with stunning sea views.
Outside, the villa has a well furnished garden with tables, chairs, stone barbecue, a private swimming pool (6x3.5m; 1m deep; open from April 15 to end of October) equipped with sun loungers, chairs, and parasols.
