VILLA NATALIA - SORRENTO AREA
A charming private villa with swimming pool and unforgettable sea views, Villa Natalia can be found just 2km from the town of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, with restaurants, shops, bars as well as access to public transport towards Sorrento, Positano and more. Only 5km away you can find the beach of Nerano with more restaurant choices.
The closest restaurant and a grocery store are just 1.5 km away, and at 800 m away you’ll find the closest bus stop. The villa is accessed via a 900m small country road, therefore a small car is recommended (Fiat Punto or similar). A car is recommended and it can be parked in the villa’s private area (room for up to three small cars).
The house develops over two floors and a total of 130 sq.m
On the ground floor we find a cosy living room with sofa, armchairs, smart TV and computer, as well as direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fitted with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table for six people and direct access through a French window onto the first terrace with a sea view. One bedroom with double bed (composed of two singles that can be split), TV and air conditioning, and one separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we have two more bedrooms, both with double bed, air conditoning, and direct access to the terrace with sea views. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa has a private infinity swimming pool (6x4m; 1.3m deep; open from early April until October 31) equipped with sun lounges. In the villa’s private garden, among the many Mediterranean trees, we find table with chairs for al-fresco dining, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven (can only be used under supervision of a pizza maker) and even a table tennis table. The second terrace on the first floor is also furnished with tables and chairs.
