VILLA CARLOTTA – SORRENTO AREA
Villa Carlotta is a modern private property offering stunning views across the sea, the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. In just a short driving distance you will be able to find a variety of choice for bars, restaurants, shops and much more, with the nearest restaurant at only 200 metres from the house. At 100 metres you can also find the bus stop that can take you into Sorrento town.
The villa develops over 280 sq.m and two levels.
On the ground floor, reached via an outdoor staircase with 10 steps, we have the large and bright living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, dining area with table and chairs and large French doors and windows showing stunning sea views. The kitchen is spacious and modern with an additional table for four. There is a separate guest bathroom with sink and toilet. The sleeping area on this level consists of two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning.
On the first floor, accessed through an indoor staircase of 16 steps, has a second living room with double sofa bed , TV and kitchen area. Here we find the remaining of bedrooms: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, TV, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace via French doors; one double bedroom with TV and air conditioning; one bedroom with bunk beds, TV and air con. One separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers a large garden filled with roses, hortensia flowers, orange and lemon trees as well as a children’s play area. We also have a private swimming pool (5x4m; 1.45m deep; open from beginning of April until end of October) with sun lounges and umbrella, and a Jacuzzi hot tub (semi-rigid hot tub; 1,96 x 71cm; for 4 people, heated; available from April to the end of October). Each level has its own terrace, furnished with comfortable garden sofas and armchairs as well as outdoor table with chairs, and a toddler play area.
