VILLA NINO - SORRENTO AREA
Villa Nino is a lovely property with a spacious garden, swimming pool and indoor spa. It is located within walking distance of the centre of S. Agata sui due Golfi (750 m), celebrated for its Michelin-starred restaurants and gourmet experiences.
Sorrento is just 10km away, where you can find more shops and restaurants as well as good transport links to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the Island of Capri. Also, within easy reach are Positano, Praiano, Amalfi and Ravello, and walkers and nature lovers will enjoy walks in the Punta Campanella Nature Reserve.
The villa (350 sq. m) is on three levels.
Inside, the ground floor has an open plan layout with separate lounge areas (with sofas), a dining area (with table for 8), a TV area and a well-equipped kitchen (with small table). You will also find a Spa room (with hot tub with maximum water temperature up to 30 Degrees Celsius, sauna, gym equipment and pool table) and a guest bathroom (with basin and toilet). The spa room can be used on request, for a fee.
In the sleeping area on the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and access to the main terrace) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
On the first floor, you will find one triple bedroom (with double bed and single sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, bath, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer), one double bedroom (with double bed and access to a balcony) with ensuite bathroom with (jacuzzi bath, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer) and one double bedroom (with double bed and access to a balcony) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
Outside, you will find an alfresco dining terrace (with barbecue, grill, and pizza oven) overlooking a lawned garden. The private swimming pool (12m x 8m; min depth 1.8m; open from 1 Apr to 31 October) is set on the lower level, in a pretty, walled area with terraces shaded by trees. Upstairs, you will find a furnished roof terrace offering views of the tiny Galli Islands and the hillsides toward Capri.
