BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You’ll be very tempted to dine out but please feel free to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It has:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and complete set of cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
- microwave
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Hisense 65" TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ area throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
