BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - kettle - toaster We stock a simple food selection for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has smart TV that has Free to Air TV Channels and you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The carport fits 1 car, and 2 more in the driveway. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
