If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that this is a five-unit building; units A and D are located upstairs, while units B, C, and E are located downstairs. - Only Units A and B have water views; Units C, D, and E do not have water views. - A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units. - Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors. - The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher. - Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. To stay connected, join the WiFi network provided and enable WiFi calling on your phone. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay. Parking Details: - Unit B has one reserved parking space in the garage. - Units A, C, D, and E have no designated parking and only have access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
