The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and Smart TV. The bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The owners of this home have recently added a 2nd primary bedroom, which features a king bed and private handicap-accessible bathroom with roll-in shower. *New photos to come in March 2026! Both guest bedrooms are on the second level bedroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, while the other bedroom has a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed, workspace and a Smart TV. Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride. Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week. Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 40 lbs per dog.
