We use a secure keyless locking system, so there’s no need to carry (or lose!) a key. You’ll receive a unique house code created just for your group, sent with your check-in instructions a few weeks before arrival. Feel free to share the code with anyone in your group—it makes coming and going a breeze! We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed. We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150 1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding. 2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property. 3 - Damage to any items or the property itself. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy.
