The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #79, recently renovated in 2022, is a two-bedroom condo with a
loft and three-bathrooms, located on the third floor of building II, and
access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a
stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Enjoy preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen while enjoying the company
of your friends and family in the open-concept space. The dining table offers
seating for eight.
Reminisce about your day on the slopes while relaxing around the gas-burning
fireplace in the living room or enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-
screen TV. Through the glass doors access the private balcony which is perfect
for après ski in the fresh mountain air while taking in amazing views of the
slopes.
The main suite, located on the first floor of the condo, features a luxurious
king-sized bed, views of the slopes from the sliding glass doors, flat-screen
TV, and a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom features a beautiful soaking
bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, also located on the first floor of the condo, includes two
comfortable extra-long twin-sized beds which can be made into a king with
advance notice, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The shared guest bathroom
features a bathtub and shower combination.
The loft is perfect for the kids or an additional couple. It includes two
comfortable extra-long twin-sized beds which can be made into a king with 24
hours advance notice, a day bed with a twin trundle bed, a flat-screen TV, and
two ceiling fans. The en suite guest bathroom features a bathtub and shower
combination.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with gas grill,
four TVs, a wall safe, hairdryers in the bathrooms, and ceiling fans. There is
an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps
from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
