The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
This ski-in/ski out, three-bedroom two-bathroom condo was renovated with
traditional mountain décor. The condo boasts spectacular mountain and pool
views and is located on the 2nd floor of building I and faces Park City
Mountain Resort. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings
lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please
without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The kitchen features beautiful hickory wood cabinets, granite countertops, a
tiled back splash, and updated lighting. Snow Flower’s open floor plan allows
ease of conversation and a direct line of site to the slopes from the common
living space. The breakfast bar comfortably seats three with an additional
seating for six in the dining area.
Comfortable mountain traditional furniture in the living room is situated to
showcase oversized windows that highlight Snow Flower’s mountain vistas while
also inviting you to settle in for a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV or spend
the evening enjoying the gorgeous river rock fireplace with a raised hearth.
The main bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV and mountain
traditional furnishings throughout with huge floor to ceiling sliding glass
door that accesses a private balcony. The attached private bathroom is spa-
like with an upgraded full size jetted tub and walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms each have two comfortable twin beds, that can be
made into a king-size bed with 24-hours advanced notice. They both have
mountain traditional furnishings and a share a bathroom with a bathtub and
shower combination.
For your comfort, condo amenities include four TVs, DVD, and a wall safe.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
