The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Snow Flower #115, is located on the
second floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First
Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come
and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or
afternoon traffic.
The kitchen and living area offer an open floorplan with a well-appointed
kitchen and seating for six at the dining table and seating for three at the
breakfast bar. The living area has a large, flat screen tv, gas fireplace, and
comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa. The private balcony offers
a space for enjoying morning coffee or après libations from the privacy of
your condo with views of the slopes.
The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, en-
suite bathroom with updated countertops and tile flooring. The second bedroom
has two twin-sized beds that can be made as a king with at least 24 hours
advanced notice. The guest bathroom includes granite countertops, a separate
shower and soaking tub to rest those weary muscles.
Condo amenities include triple sheeting, a fabulous balcony, a gas fireplace,
two TVs, and a DVD player, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each
bathroom. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the
building’s back door, steps from the slopes. For warm weather use, tennis and
pickleball courts are a few steps from the building’s front door.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
