The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
Renovated in 2021, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the first
floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3
Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you
please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon
traffic.
The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances plus everything
you will need to cook and dine in. The open floorplan provides ease of
conversation as meals are being prepared. The dining area has seating for six.
The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and cozy
furniture to relax in and take in your surroundings. Additional gathering
space is available on the balcony that overlooks Snow Flower’s many aspen
trees and is perfect for year-round enjoyment.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, wall-mounted flat-screen
TV, and an abundance of natural light. The private, renovated bathroom
includes a beautiful vanity with quartzite countertops and a gorgeous walk-in
tiled shower with a bench.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a flat-screen
TV. The shared second bathroom, also beautifully remodeled, includes a modern
walk-in tiled shower, quartzite countertops and has plenty of storage.
For your comfort, room amenities include: three flat-screen TVs, a wall safe,
wall-mounted hairdryers in both baths, and is designated non-smoking.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
