The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
This gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Snow Flower #055, is located on
the second floor of building II. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First
Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come
and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or
afternoon traffic.
The living room features a large flat screen TV and a modern, built-in gas
fireplace with plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day of exploring
Park City. The beautifully updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances is
fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal with your
group. With a dining table that seats six, additional seating for three at the
breakfast bar, plus a small breakfast table for two overlooking an oversized
window and Park City pine trees, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy
and make new memories.
The main suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, solid wood furniture, closet
space, private patio access, and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom
features granite countertops with double sinks, a large soaker tub to relax
after a day on the slopes and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower. The large
second bedroom has two comfortable queen-sized beds, a flat screen TV and
views of beautiful scenery at Snow Flower. The shared guest bathroom features
upgraded granite countertops and includes a bathtub and shower.
Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, incredible mountain photography
throughout, a private balcony with gas grill, gas fireplace, a wall safe, and
hairdryers in each bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
