Condo in Park Meadows on the Golf Course
Situated in a quiet Park Meadows neighborhood, this lovely, upgraded condo
comfortably sleeps 8. It’s on the Park Meadows golf course and it’s walking
distance to the recreation center and the free town shuttle for easy access to
the mountain resorts, historic Main Street and all the area’s activities and
entertainment.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One is a main suite with a king
bed and a private bath; the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there’s a full
bathroom accessible from the hallway. There’s a king bed in the private loft
on the third floor, with a convenient half bath. There’s a sofa sleeper in the
living room and a full bath adjacent to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s seating for 8 at the granite
counter. It’s easy to relax in the living room, with its cozy gas fireplace,
comfortable over stuffed furniture and large flat screen TV.
There are TVs in each bedroom and the loft. Free wi-fi, washer/dryer, parking
for one car in a shared garage, BBQ, and deck furniture. Moderate Plus rating.
