The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #10 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the first
floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3
Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you
please.
When you aren’t enjoying one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily
prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen and gather with friends or family
around a dining table with seating for six.
After a day on the mountain, exploring Main Street, or attending a festival,
the living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or
catch a show on the flat-screen TV. The queen-size sleeper sofa provides
additional sleeping arrangements. A glass door leads to a lovely private patio
with a BBQ gas grill and provides excellent access to the tennis and
pickleball courts in the summer.
The main suite lends itself to a peaceful night’s rest with a luxurious king-
sized bed, flat-screen TV, and large sliding glass doors leading to the patio
- a perfect place to enjoy a hot beverage before bed or in the morning. An
attached bathroom offers a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and access to the
living area as well.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin-sized beds which can be made
into a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The shared bathroom offers
a bathtub and shower combination.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas-burning fireplace, living room
TV with DVD player and Comcast HD service, main suite TV, a wall safe, and
hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just
inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
