The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
This beautifully appointed condo, Snow Flower #71, offers three-bedrooms, a
loft, and three-bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps ten people. It is located on
the top floor of building II and access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First
Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come
and go as you please.
Easily prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen with rich wood cabinets,
new appliances, and marble countertops, while enjoying the company of your
friends or family in the open-concept space. Gather around the dining table
which offers seating for ten or around the island that has seating for four.
Enjoy evenings curled up on cozy furniture around the gas-burning fireplace or
catch a show on the large flat-screen TV.
The main suite is conveniently located on the first floor and includes a king-
sized bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV hidden behind a one-way mirror, a
ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with a granite countertop, marble tile work
and a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the first
floor, offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV.
The shared bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in steam room shower with
marble tile work.
Upstairs, a third bedroom is accessed through the loft with a privacy curtain
in lieu of the door and offers two twin-sized beds, ceiling fan and a flat-
screen TV. The shared bathroom has a shower with beautiful marble tile work
and a glass surround. The loft area is enclosed with glass windows and is a
great place for kids to hang out and relax. It also offers two twin bunk beds
and a flat-screen TV.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with a gas grill, a gas fireplace,
three TVs, a wall safe, and hairdryers in each bathroom. There is an indoor
locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the
slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
