The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
This ski-in/ski-out two-bedroom, two bathroom condo, Snow Flower #149, is
located on the second floor of building IV. Access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning
parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The beautifully updated kitchen makes staying in and cooking a meal together
an easy choice – the home chef will enjoy the new stainless-steel appliances
and gorgeous granite countertops, while the rest of the family gathers around
the gas fireplace in the living room. The conversation can flow across the
open floor plan from meal prep to dessert, making it easy to enjoy your time
together. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for two at the
breakfast bar.
The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, a built-in gas
fireplace, large flat screen TV and views overlooking Park City’s beloved
aspen trees from the private balcony. With sleeping accommodations for up to
six, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The main bedroom features a king-
sized bed with views of the neighboring grove of aspen trees and an en-suite
bathroom The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The elegant guest bath offers an
oversized, stunning glass shower and plenty of counter space. Additional
sleeping for two is available on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the living
room.
Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, a private balcony, gas fireplace,
a wall safe, and hairdryers in each bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
