The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
This spacious condo, Snow Flower #30, boasts three bedrooms, a loft, three
bathrooms, and sleeps 9 guests. Located on the top floor of building I, access
to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a
stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
The well-equipped, open concept kitchen has alder wood cabinets and stainless-
steel appliances and is a delight to prepare a meal in while mingling with
family and friends. Gather around the dining room table that offers seating
for eight or the kitchen island with seating for four.
The living room features a large sectional sofa that invites you to relax
around the gas-burning fireplace or watch a show on the 60” Smart TV and a
high-top table with seating for four is the perfect spot to play a game.
The main suite, located on the first floor of the condo, features a luxurious
king-sized bed, gas-burning fireplace, ceiling fan, and plenty of natural
light through the picture windows. The en suite bathroom includes a gorgeous,
tiled vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located on the first floor of the condo, features a queen-
sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The shared bathroom
includes a vanity with granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.
The loft includes an additional sleeping area with a twin day bed and a bunk
bed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. The third bedroom,
accessed via the loft, includes a luxurious king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.
The shared bathroom in the loft has a bathtub and shower combination and
granite countertops.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace, four
TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker
room for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the
slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
