The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street, via Park City’s free transit system.
This two-bedroom plus loft, three bath condo is located on the third floor of
building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings
lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please
without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
Beautiful quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances highlight the
well-equipped kitchen. A breakfast bar with seating for three, combined with
the open floorplan, provides ease of conversation while meals are being
prepared. The dining area has seating for six.
The living room offers breath-taking views of the Park City Mountain ski hill
from the balcony. It features comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV,
a cozy gas fireplace for you to warm up after a day on the slopes, and a queen
sleeper sofa.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat screen TV, cozy
reading chair, ceiling fan and multiple windows framing the stunning mountain
views. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and beautiful
quartz countertops.
The second bedroom includes two comfortable twin-sized beds that can be made
into a king with at least 24 hours advance notice. The second bath features a
beautiful walk-in tiled shower, quartz countertops, and a washer and dryer.
When you walk upstairs, you will find the loft area has been enclosed with
glass windows for additional privacy and includes a cozy queen-sized bed,
ceiling fan, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.
Condo amenities include duvets on each bed, a gas fireplace, a private balcony
and stunning views of the slopes, two TVs, and hair dryers in each bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also
available during the summer season.
