This awesome home above Bear Lake, Great Floor Plan with plenty of room for 2
Families or more You can ski-in/ski-out and great area to pay in the back of
the house in the snow for the whole family. Walking into this home the
entryway has a beautiful natural Rock Floor where you will leave your coat and
wet boots and from there you enter the main living area where you cant miss
the HUGE STONE from floor to ceiling where you would sit and enjoy a fire and
a good movie on the Big Screen TV after a day of skiing.. On the main floor of
the home is the Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, 2 bedrooms and 2
Bathrooms. There also is a pool table in an extended area of the living room.
The Living Room is Large with big windows lots of natural light, great for the
views of the mountains. On the 2ndy story and up the spiral stair case there
is a Large Loft with its on ensuite bathroom. In the loft area there is a King
size bed and 3 twins in addition to a Desk area and a Full Bath with an extra
large tile shower stall and extended bath vanity. There is a Master Bedroom on
the main floor with a Queen, a twin and a full size trundle bed pullout. In
Bedroom 2 there is a King and twin with a full size trundle pull out. The beds
are very comfortable with extra thick mattress’s for comfort. The Dining table
in the home extends up to to 6ft, plenty of room around for the gang to enjoy
a home cooked meal. This home is great for a big family or with the layout you
could entertain 3 families in the house. You can ski-in and ski-out from this
home. This home is snowbound in the winter months. In the summer months just a
few steps to Bear Lake for some swimming and a picnic on the lake. During the
winter months we do offer transportation to the property when you arrive and
when you depart. There are additional snow taxis for transportation if needed
during your stay.. There is a free shuttle to the Mountain for downhill skiing
that leaves every 30 minutes to and from the Village. And great hikes that you
can go on in the summer around the many lakes surrounding Bear Valley. Come
stay in this home above it all!
During the winter months due to snow transportation 8:00PM is the latest
check-in - in the summer months you can check in up to 12:00AM on the Arrival
Date. You will park in public parking in the winter when Snow Transportation
is provided - parking is free. In the summer and spring time when the roads
are open you can park at the property.
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
