The Space:
The Apartment is located on the ground floor and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. The space offers a living room with kitchenette, bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The interior is filled with seaside accessories, which creates an aesthetic and sublime decor. From the living room as well as from the bedroom, you can access the spacious balcony with garden furniture - the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. The rooms are filled with natural light, which gives the interior a light feel. Extensive furnishings including the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, overflow coffee maker) - guarantee guests a comfortable stay. Multimedia amenities include a flat-screen TV with Smart TV function and free Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. The Promenade Aquapark, ideal for families, which is located on Uzdrowiskowa Street, is a 19-minute walk away. The surrounding area is surrounded by green spaces that are great for walking. In just a few steps, guests can reach Chopin Park or the Spa Park located 600 metres from the property. The location of the facility ensures comfortable rest and peace. The Apartment’s convenient location allows you to fully enjoy the charms of the city, as everything is at your fingertips here. Within a short distance, there are many restaurants such as Promenada Baltic Park Molo Restaurant - 1.4 km, or Magiczna Spiżarnia - 750 m, offering a variety of specialities of the region. The nearest grocery shop is 230 m from the Apartment, where our guests will be able to stock up on all necessary products. An advantage is the close location to a bus stop (200 m) and the Świnoujście Centrum Railway Station (2.2 km), enabling non-motorised guests to easily get around the city.
