The Neighborhood:
Navio (the name refers to deep-sea navigation) was built in Brzeźno, at the intersection of Hallera and Nadmorski Dwór streets. From here, you can walk to the beach and the attractions located right next to it, including restaurants and the Gdańsk pier. This location also provides access to the seaside recreational areas - the promenade stretching along the bay and the nearby Reagan Park. Next to the building, there is a stop for tram lines that lead to Śródmieście and Wrzeszcz. There are also local shops and a market nearby. On four floors of the apartment building, 24 apartments were built in a two- and three-room layout. Each apartment has a balcony, and the apartments on the top floor have viewing terraces. Some of the apartments also have an above-standard height - as much as 3.5 m, and selected ground-floor apartments have private gardens. A garage hall was built under the building, from which an elevator runs to the upper floors. The investment area has been fenced, developed with greenery and small architecture. Video monitoring has been installed here. Modern architecture has been highlighted with details made of noble wood and accents made of glass and metal. Staircases have been finished with high-quality materials, with decorations referring to the seaside location of the building.
