The building is a former granary, one of three that survived the war conflagration. The Deo Plaza building is located on the Motlawa River itself, on the side of the island is located on Chmielna - the main street of Granary Island. Perpendicular to the waterfront and Chmielna, Deo Plaza is bordered by Stągiewna Street, which crosses the Green Bridge and is an extension of Długi Targ and thus the Royal Way. The Deo Plaza complex has restaurants for lesser and greater hunger, including Salty Granary, Genesis, Woosabi and Whiskey in the Jar. For coffee or something sweet, you can check out Wedel, and for a beer outing, Riverside by Pilsner is recommended. In addition, you can spend the evening at the Sassy Club, also on the roof of Deo (Sassy Rooftop)! Relaxation will be provided by a visit to the Prana Spa or Yes! Show Me Love. Deo Plaza is only 270 meters to the nearest bus stop. Because of the ongoing renovations in the Deo Plaza building, it is possible that there may be prolonged noise. We hope that, despite the situation, your stay with us will be in maximum comfort. ATTENTION! The swimming pool and part of the SPA is paid extra! APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The apartment has two stylish bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, kitchenette and balcony, and a fully equipped bathroom. The living area of the apartment is a living room with a comfortable couch. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. In both bedrooms there are large beds and a TV. One of the bedrooms is glazed and has an amazing view of the Motlawa River. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, towels and necessary toiletries. LIVING ROOM: Sofa, TV, island, balcony BEDROOM 1: Double bed, bedding, TV BEDROOM 2: Double bed, bedding, TV, closet KITCHENETTE: Cooktop, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, set of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher. BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, mirror, towels. MULTIMEDIA: TV - using only Netflix and other platforms, Wifi internet PETS: Pets are not accepted. PARKING: No parking space provided. The regular price of parking is 130 PLN/day, but for our guests we have prepared a limited pool of spaces at 80 PLN/day. Advance reservation is required, the number of spaces is limited. SPA & WELLNESS: SPA & Wellness is available for an additional fee, there is a limit on the number of people staying in the pool and saunas BREAKFAST: Breakfast is available in this apartment at an additional cost.
