The villa has a three storey layout connected through an internal staircase. The lower level is a sanctuary for relaxation and productivity. It features a fully equipped gym with a variety of exercise equipment and a private office that includes a desk, ergonomic chair, printer and a 55-inch Smart TV for work or entertainment.The sleeping accommodations on this floor include two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and another with a double bed. These rooms are tastefully decorated and provide ample storage space. A shared bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
