The Space:
This elegant and cozy apartment is located on the ground floor. It is designed for four people. In the living room stands a double sofa bed along with two tables, an armchair, a dining table with chairs and a television, where you can relax in the evenings, watching your favorite programs on cable channels. The room is dominated by shades of gray, as well as wooden accents. The white and stylish kitchen has been functionally equipped, making meal preparation quick and easy. At guests’ disposal here are such appliances as a capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, and electric kettle. The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, along with a set of bedding and a capacious closet ideal for storing things brought in. The arrangement of the room uses subtle shades of beige, which makes the room bright. On the furnished balcony you can have a nice time drinking your morning coffee outdoors. In the bathroom, guests will find a welcome toiletries kit, a washer/dryer, towels and a hairdryer, as well as a bathtub in which to relax after a day’s activities. There is also a park right next to the building where greenery lovers can relax. The close proximity of a grocery store makes it convenient and quick to stock up on essentials - it only takes 3 minutes to buy the needed items. In about 5-10 minutes guests can reach cafes on foot, as well as more than a dozen nearby eating establishments. Those who appreciate active outdoor recreation can visit an outdoor gym 4 minutes’ walk from the property. A ten-minute stroll is all that is needed to relax by the scenic creek.
