The building is a former granary, one of three that survived the war conflagration. The Deo Plaza building is located on the Motlawa River itself, on the side of the island is located on Chmielna - the main street of Granary Island. Perpendicular to the waterfront and Chmielna, Deo Plaza is bordered by Stągiewna Street, which crosses the Green Bridge and is an extension of Długi Targ and thus the Royal Way. The Deo Plaza complex has restaurants for lesser and greater hunger, including Salty Granary, Genesis, Woosabi and Whiskey in the Jar. For coffee or something sweet, you can check out Wedel, and for a beer outing, Riverside by Pilsner is recommended. In addition, you can spend the evening at the Sassy Club, also on the roof of Deo (Sassy Rooftop)! Relaxation will be provided by a visit to the Prana Spa or Yes! Show Me Love. Deo Plaza is only 270 meters to the nearest bus stop. Because of the ongoing renovations in the Deo Plaza building, it is possible that there may be prolonged noise. We hope that, despite the situation, your stay with us will be in maximum comfort. ATTENTION! The swimming pool and part of the SPA is paid extra! APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The living room has been combined with a kitchenette. The main feature of the living room is a sofa from which you can relax in front of the TV. A pouffe has been placed under the large window overlooking the Motlawa River, and a comfortable armchair on the other side of the sofa. The kitchenette has been equipped with the most important utensils and appliances such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. The kitchen island serves as both a work surface and a dining table with seating for two. The bedroom has two entrances, and there is a comfortable double bed in the center. There is also a separate work area, which we prepared for guests traveling on business. A capacious closet will accommodate all luggage, even for a longer stay. The modern-style bathroom is equipped with a shower with a rain shower head. For the convenience of our guests we offer a set of toiletries, fresh towels and a hair dryer. LIVING ROOM: Sofa, armchair, TV, island with hockers, BEDROOM: Double bed, bedding, TV, desk, chair, closet KITCHENETTE: Cooktop, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, set of kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, island, microwave, BATHROOM: Shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, mirror, towels. The regular price of parking is 130 PLN/day, but we have prepared a limited pool of spaces for our guests at 80 PLN/day. Advance reservation is required, the number of spaces is limited.
