Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,No smoking allowed. Free of City tax. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation. Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 18% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) No pets allowed. No Events or Parties allowed The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Self-check-in available. Suitable for infants (under 2 years).
