Owned by the same family for nearly 30 years, this recently renovated townhome
has been passed down to the next generation with the hope that guests will
create lasting memories, just as their family has. With ample space, modern
updates, and thoughtful amenities, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is
perfect for large groups or multiple families looking to enjoy the Adirondacks
together.
Renovated in 2019, the townhome features a split air system for heating and
cooling throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. Free fiber optic internet is
available, and each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with a
Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, a VCR player adds a nostalgic touch
for those who love classic movies. Outside, guests can take advantage of the
gas grill for summer cookouts.
This unit comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. The master bedroom includes a
queen bed and a cozy sitting area with a full sofa bed. The second bedroom
features two bunk beds, accommodating a total of three twin beds and one full
bed on the bottom bunk. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the living area
includes two pullout couches, offering extra sleeping space.
