An airy 2nd-floor apartment with wonderful views of the Ionian Sea and all the way to Mount Etna, offers the best of Sicily! The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is just 200 meters from the sea, making it the ideal base for family or friends who want a relaxing beach holiday.
The apartment benefits from a private balcony which wraps around the building, bringing the outdoors inside and inviting guests to relax with a book or glass of local wine and enjoy the view. The open-plan living room is furnished with a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for 4. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer.
The building has a communal garden with a seating area as well as an outdoor kitchen, with a gas hob, sink, BBQ and dining table.

It has a rich history with many impressive Baroque buildings hidden away in its winding streets and a weekly market (every Thursday) where you can pick up the best and freshest local ingredients. Its beautiful beaches are well-known in the region.
The city of Catania is 30 minutes away. It makes a fascinating day out. There are many historic sites from a Roman amphitheatre to the Norman cathedral and Baroque palaces. The city is also famous for its delicious food, with many local restaurants serving Sicilian specialities and wonderful seafood. Unique to Catania are the “cioscu”, little kiosks all over the city serving refreshments in the hot summer months.
Catania’s International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the apartment.
