You’ll be just steps away from Les Halles, a lively and historic shopping center, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Centre Pompidou, renowned for its modern architecture and contemporary art collections. The area is also near Le Marais, a historic district famous for its cobbled streets, designer boutiques, art galleries, and charming cafés. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful squares in Paris. The Louvre Museum and Tuileries Gardens are also just a few minutes away by metro or on foot, offering opportunities for cultural discovery and relaxation. Public transportation, including Châtelet and Les Halles metro stations, is nearby, making it easy to access the rest of the city. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, with no set time limit. The check-in process is self-service, and I will provide you with access codes a few days before your arrival. However, you may drop off your luggage starting at 12:00 PM and return later once the cleaning is completed.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and it will not be possible to stay beyond this time or leave your luggage in the apartment. I generally recommend using the secure luggage storage services available throughout Paris, where you can store your belongings for a few hours.
