Quietly situated in a small resort, on the ground floor of a modern apartment building the property is surrounded by nature. A shady terrace serves as an extension to the open plan living space where guests can enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax with a drink after a busy day.
Inside, the main living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa-bed, a storage unit and a flat screen TV. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen, which is equipped with a coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in Portisco on the northeast coast of Sardinia, a pretty town known for its modern marina (a 20-minute walk/3-minute drive), beautiful beaches and picturesque landscapes.
In the marina, guests can charter a boat and find various restaurants, cafes and shops. Visitors can also stroll along the waterfront to admire the yachts or simply relax and enjoy the scenic views of the harbour and surrounding coastline. There are also many sporting activities available nearby including; surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.
For sun lovers, the local beach, Spiaggia di Portisco is an 8-minute walk and Spiaggia di Rena Bianca, one of the most popular beaches in the area, is a 6-minute drive. Known for its soft white sand and shallow turquoise waters, this is an ideal destination for swimming and snorkelling. Capo Coda Cavallo, which is often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia" is a 45-minute drive away, here guests can explore the hidden beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba.
Olbia Airport and the Port of Olbia are both approximately a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.
